By accessing or using Arkeonix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Arkeonix is a SaaS platform that provides tools for building and managing software products. The Service includes authentication, team management, billing, and related features as described on our website.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of Arkeonix and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkeonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
